Z-BLADE / DUPLEX / DOUBLE ARM DESIGN FOR DEMANDING MIXING APPLICATIONS

The Duplex Mixer is a Z-Blade or kneader and ideal for difficult and demanding mixing jobs.

Available in single, two speed or variable speed versions, the Morton Duplex Mixer features solid steel 'Z' type beaters designed to tackle the heaviest of mixing duties and deliver a consistent blend every time.

On all Duplex Mixers, the mixing container is totally fabricated and has no cracks or crevices. All models are available as either tilt, bottom discharge or screw extruder and can incorporate features to suit the customer's product or process.
