TAILOR-MADE DESIGN FOR A RANGE OF THROUGHPUTS

Continuous Ploughshare Mixers differ from batch Ploughshare Mixers in that the mass flow of the product is from the inlet of the container to the discharge at the opposite end.

Due to the relationship between the geometric shape of the container, positioning of the mixing tools on the main shaft and the peripheral speed, total homogeneous mixing is acheived - on a consistent basis.

Morton manufacture continuous Ploughshare Mixers, the KM series, with a range of models capable of processing from 1 tonne per hour up to several hundred tonnes per hour with the design and construction tailor-made to suit the customer's requirement.
